Welcome to St Augustine! These are our homes away from home where we can escape the daily grind and relax in the beautiful and peaceful St Augustine.
The minute you step into our properties, you feel the peace that flows through each home and brings calmness and relaxation. You can walk right into historic downtown St Augustine for a coffee, nice dinner, live music, or a yoga session from our downtown home. Or you can walk right over to the beach to experience wide, white sandy beaches, and the sounds of the waves from our beach home.
Either way, you are on your way to a wonderful vacation in the oldest city in the continental USA. Rich with history, full of southern charm, amazing food and entertainment, this will be a vacation you soon will not forget!
Our 2 properties:
Casita Uva de Playa
- It is located in downtown St Augustine. It is a single family, residential home on a quiet street in the historic district of St Augustine.
- It has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are connected with a full bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed. The bottom is a twin bed and the top is a full bed. The living room also has a pull out sofa. For the little ones, we do have one pack n' play available.
- We have a beautiful backyard patio with 2 lounge chairs. There is a gas grill. We also have a full dining table with 10 chairs for an outdoor meal. You can sit under the twinkle lights and enjoy a quiet dinner.
- Our home is only 0.4 miles away from heart of historic St Augustine. You can walk to all the restaurants, historic sites, distillery, and live entertainment with ease.
- We have beach towels, 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach cart available at the house for our guests use.
Shellona House
- It is located in near Crescent Beach, St Augustine
- It has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and one half bath. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs each with a queen bed and share a bathroom. There is also a loft room that has a twin day bed with a twin trundle bed.
- We have a beautiful fenced in backyard with a pool coming soon! There is a grill and outdoor patio furniture.
- You can walk two block across A1A for beach access or drive to one of our beach access points with your car.
- We have beach towels, 6 beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach cart available.

February 2023- Beautiful home in a wonderful location in St. Augustine, quiet and close enough to walk to all of the area sights. A nice shady outdoor area as well as a perfectly maintained home. Our hostess was so gracious and thoughtful, with little touches like snacks, and vast quantities of coffee, tea, and even a bottle of wine. Communication about the property was almost instant, and information was clear and concise. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay and will certainly try to rent this same property when we visit the area in the future
December 2022-Hands down the best host I have ever had with great communication. If you are looking for a beautiful , safe and convenient home in the heart of downtown Saint Augustine this place is a must ! Great job on decor and finishes, stocked with everything you need. Even decorated special for our Christmas vacation with a tree, stockings, etc.. i truly cannot say enough about this place other than go stay and see for yourself!
